Did you know that your thoughts become things??? Many of us know this because of the all the self help books and other video blogs that seem to bring more clarity to this growing awareness happening in and around us. Soon as our eyes to open we began recording everything around us moment to moment. We’ve lived over ninety percent of our life in trance. Yes trance: recording mental pictures, back by all of our senses. Just think of your brain as computer constantly downloading and up loading information . Ever been some where and someone walks past you with a certain scent that takes you back to a very distinct time in your life? or maybe hear a song that reminded you of that special someone?In those very instances when you go back in that time you recreating that moment. Now that you know the basics of what it feels like to take you self back lets try to use it to take ourselves forward. When ever you caught up in a thought or a memory of someone,something or maybe an event. Began to focus on what you are feeling at that moment.( Make sure don’t react in the physical to what you are feeling .) Just become the viewer of what going on within you. Is it anger? worry? fear? aggression? Take note of it for the first few times. Then actively step in to that memory and began to analyze why that feeling occurred.Find a quiet place and began breathing when you are calm enough not to react to what you are feeling began to affirm : that i am aware of the fear, anger, or sadness in my body but I am not that emotion. Then began to affirm that your divine and supreme nature is peace.Hope this help all of us because in this growing world of war, poverty, hunger ,and pain . We must become the generation that helps teach our(all) people the tools to focus and reprogram the negative points in our life. Because we can’t change the world til WE change Ourselves- BE the ORACLE
